At Launch Lab, we provide digital training and tools designed to give you instant, full access to everything you need from Day One. Because of this upfront delivery model, we enforce a clear no-refund policy—except under the specific conditions outlined below.

By purchasing or using any Launch Lab product, you agree to the terms stated here regarding payments, renewals, and cancellation.

We offer two flexible access options. There are no trials—just full access from Day One.

Weekly Membership: Billed weekly on the same calendar day as your initial payment.Monthly Membership: Billed monthly, same day as the original signup.

📩 Cancellation Instructions

To cancel a product or membership, send an email to:

You will keep access through the end of your current billing cycle. After cancellation, access to all content is removed when the subscription period ends.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are only granted in these specific cases:

You paid in advance for time you won’t use (e.g., unused future months or years). You cancel before the start of that unused period.

Refunds are not provided for any time already used or partially completed.
